We produce and supply flavoursome full-cream cheese to the national retail and catering industries.
All our milk comes from Jersey cows on our dairy farm in Gouda, situated next to the scenic Little Berg River at the foot of the Winterhoek mountains. Jersey cows are known for their creamy, high-fat milk.
Our cheese rests for 6-8 weeks to mature and develop its flavour.
At Goodhope Cheese, we strive towards the highest standards for quality and food safety. In 2020, we received our FSA certificate and are currently applying for our ZA certificate as well. All our products are Halaal.
